There was once a boy who died so young. His spirit haunted the town where he
was born and lived for his short life.

Many generations later, a sculptor set up his studio right where the boy used to
play. Wonderful dolls were created there.

So, the boy entered the shop and used all his spirit strength to put himself into
one of the dolls. He saw a group of heads with barely open eyes and jumped into
them.

Yet, because he wanted to see the world again, he made their eyes be open.

And, even when the heads were in a shop to be sent to their new homes, no one
saw the open eyes because of the boy's magic.

But, the dolls' loving guardians knew these were not their boys.

There was much fussing and tears and despair, and then quiet as all was
resolved. The boy found himself moving across the oceans again, then back in the
shop, and once more in the doll factory where he had played centuries before
when it was his home.

With a heavy heart, the sculptor took the doll's heads with their open eyes which
held the restless, unhappy boy's spirit, and crushed them to pieces.
